Flexotels Breaks Down the Final Barrier to Accessible Events

Flexotels Introduces Flexotels Inclusive
Flexotels proudly introduces Flexotels Inclusive: an innovative, wheelchair-accessible hotel room designed for festivals, sporting events, and other temporary events. With this new accommodation, Flexotels is taking an important step towards a future where accessible overnight stays are available to everyone.
While many events invest in accessible facilities, suitable overnight accommodation for visitors with physical disabilities is often still lacking. Flexotels Inclusive addresses this challenge. The room is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with features such as a care bed, patient lift, generous turning space, and an adapted bathroom.
During the development process, Flexotels worked closely with Paralympic wheelchair tennis champion Niels Vink. His personal experiences played a key role in shaping the design, ensuring that the accommodation truly meets the needs of its users.
With Flexotels Inclusive, organisers of festivals, sporting events, and other temporary events can offer their visitors a genuinely inclusive experience from arrival through to an accessible overnight stay.
To help bring this initiative to life, Flexotels is looking for partners, sponsors, and funding organisations that want to invest in accessible accommodation. Together, we can ensure that everyone, regardless of a physical disability, can fully experience an event and stay overnight in comfort.
