The Role

As Sales Manager New Business, you are the face of Flexotels to potential customers worldwide and are responsible for identifying new markets and generating leads. With your independent and adventurous drive, your primary focus is on acquiring new potential customers and entering new markets. You are responsible for the entire commercial process. In your own creative way, you contribute to developing new markets by proposing and executing ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads internationally
  • Work within a small, close-knit team with a fun and informal culture
  • Build relationships with event organizers, festivals, and rental partners
  • Translate client needs into smart and feasible solutions
  • Attend trade shows, events, and client locations
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and visibility

Requirements

Must Have

  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Commercial and proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills

  • High energy and perseverance

Nice to Have

  • Proficient with digital tools
  • English and/or German language skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • In possession of a driving licence
  • Enthusiasm and humour
