There is a shortage of accommodation designed for visitors with a physical disability. As a result, many are forced to stay off-site, which significantly impacts their overall event experience.

The Flexotels Inclusive rooms are designed for people with physical disabilities. They are fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with features such as a patient lift, care bed, ample manoeuvring space, and adapted bathroom facilities.

Will you join us?

Flexotels aims to have at least four fully operational Inclusive rooms available by 2027. To make this possible, we are looking for partners who want to help bring this initiative to life.

Together with subsidies, sponsors, and Flexotels’ own investment, we can make these Inclusive rooms available to visitors who need them most.

Two years ago, Flexotels was introduced to Niels Vink through BrabantSport. What began as an inspiring introduction grew into a special partnership.

Niels has now been an ambassador for Flexotels and Flexotels Inclusive for almost a year. As a Paralympic champion, Golden Slam winner, multiple Grand Slam winner and winner of the 2025 Sportsman of the Year award, he knows better than anyone how important good and accessible accommodation is during multi-day sporting events and festivals.

Drawing on his personal experiences, Niels is helping us to develop Flexotels Inclusive into a solution that truly meets the needs of wheelchair users.
