The Role
As a Junior Project Manager, from May until mid-August you’ll spend more time on the road than at home. You will travel all over Europe to help build iconic festivals such as Tomorrowland, Rock Werchter, Le Mans, Lowlands and Zwarte Cross. You will be involved in assembling and dismantling the rooms, while also learning how to keep an overview and manage a team. Missing a deadline is not an option for you, and when the workday ends, you’ll toast together with your colleagues. Outside the high season, your role is flexible and offers plenty of room to develop yourself further. Whether you’re in the hustle and bustle of a festival or enjoying the calm of September in an apple orchard: you keep a cool head and lift team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the preparation team to review designs and schedules
- Organizing transport and assisting with loading and unloading (with forklift)
- Assisting with assembling and dismantling mobile hotel units on site
- Maintaining communication with team members, clients, and suppliers
- Identifying and contributing to solutions for logistical or technical challenges
- Supporting in supervising permanent and temporary colleagues
- Outside the season: assisting with warehouse activities, maintenance, and product upgrades
- Working in a small and close-knit team where we don’t always take ourselves too seriously
If this exciting challenge appeals to you and you would like to become part of a growing company, we look forward to your application!
